The customer service at this dealership is one of the reasons we come from Spokane WA to Portland to buy cars. We had the pleasure of working with Michael Graham, Kenny Levias and Jennifer Joseph. Everyone was very professional while being fun and friendly. I noticed right away that Michael was wearing many hats and taking the initiative to just get things done. I appreciate his attention to detail in providing great customer service. Kenny and Jennifer both managed to be down to earth and professional! I will definitely buy my next car from them. I just wish I lived closer so I could have my service done there too.

Have taken both my S430 and my C300 in for minor repairs here. ALL of the staff at Mercedes-Benz of Portland are so down to š earth. It doesn’t matter if you’re there for parts, sales, or service. I’ve experienced the best service ever from them. Is recommend them to anyone I know who is in need of having their Mercedes worked on. Thanks Rod and Mark Tower

I purchased a vehicle from Mercedes of Portland last October. And although my sales experience was very good, they told me the tires on my car were brand new and when I brought the vehicle in for service months later turns out they were not new tires. I take responsibility for not checking them however honesty would’ve been great. The reason why I am leaving a bad review is because for a luxury car dealership they hate answering their service phone. I literally performed a test I would call them multiple times in one day at different hours to see if the service department answer their phone, come to find out I was correct and they never did. Although this may be a good dealership for buying a car, I would avoid using the service department at all cost simply based on the fact they don’t answer their phone.

I’m somewhat thorn about this dealership. For full disclosure, I’m basing my comparison with the local Lexus dealership, so I might just be spoiled.
Overall, the people who were helping us were helpful, friendly, and professional but the overall experience wasn’t really up to the level one should expect from a premium brand.I got a feeling that MB of Portland is decent run-of-the-mill car dealership that just happens to sell expensive cars. My main gripe is the attention to detail through the process. For instance, we were not offered refreshments until almost two hours into the process. At one point the sales person pulled the car from the parking spot and disappeared for over 20 minutes. The car detailing missed coffee stains on the seat belt, the folded third row seats had decent amount of dirt underneath, and one of the second row floor mats was missing. Maintenance light was not reset, even though the dealership stated that they did the oil change. Both key fob batteries were low, despite the sales person stating twice that they replaced them.
At one point, the sales person ended up doing the whole “oh, I don’t think I can do that price, let me go talk to my manager” song-and-dance. The finance manager insisted on following the “these new cars are very complex … you need to buy a service contract” script, even though I told her that I was not interested.
None of these are show stoppers, but in comparison to my experience buying two cars from the local Lexus dealership, MB of Portland still has some kinks to work out to meet the same bar.

We purchased an almost new used (non Mercedes Benz) car from here. Our experience was phenomenal. Chan was our sales person. He was kind, knowledgeable, and made us feel respected and cared for. I felt good about buying a new car here as it went through a full check up with the Mercedes Benz mechanics. I wouldn’t hesitate to buy another car from this dealership. There prices were competitive too.

If you have super low expectations I’m sure you will be pleased. I am repulsed by their version of service. Greatest cars on the planet and very nice staff but could use better management. I hope your experience is different.

I’ve been a Tesla fan since they say they came out. I’ve always said if i come up on a bunch of money and that’s most definitely what i still plan on doing especially now that I’ve sat in one and driven all of the models even ones that’s not out yet. They are freaking remarkable and beautiful

This was the first time getting a Volvo and I had great experience with DLR Nordic, Don was very helpful in my acquisition of my XC90. He had a lot of knowledge in anything Volvo and was very helpful in answering my questions and concerns. It was a great experience and I would definitely go back again. I love that it has the 5 year / 100k mile warranty that they offered. It was a great addition. No pressure at all from Don to buy but I myself was pressured to buy quick because there was 2 other people that wanted the same vehicle. So I decided to buy it online without a test drive but I was not at all disappointed, this vehicle is comfortable and really does well on the road. I love it.

My wife and I want to thank Duncan the owner of DLR and his office manager Don for such a positive experience purchasing our new car. We just bought a 2017 XC60 R-Design and the entire transaction was painless. Some of the positives; communication of when the vehicle was ready, no pressure, the test drive experience was great and the 5 year / 100k warranty was a great unexpected bonus. They were both very friendly and Duncan is just a wealth of knowledge on everything Volvo. We highly recommend anyone looking for a previously owned Volvo to visit Duncan and his team at DLR. Thank you for a great car and overall experience! We will be back!

Really impressed with my experience. Before coming in I called various times about v60 models. The staff was always polite. Once I made it. I wanting to view the 2017 v60 cc and ended up driving a 2020 v60 cc. Don was my sales rep. He was extremely polite and patient with me. I had a bunch of questions on the new models. I can’t comment on purchase yet but so far has been a pleasent time.

I worked with Daniel at Grand Prix to find the 991.1 911 turbo S I’ve been looking for for quite some time. I found the car online and wondered how I would be able to make this transaction smooth and comfortable as I am located in NY (3000 miles away). Nonetheless I inquired about the vehicle. Daniel was able to help me over the phone, email, text, and video chats to assure me this was the exact vehicle that suited my needs. We spent days discussing details and I considered this the best car purchase experience I’ve ever had. Every question or concern I had was responded to quickly, accurately, and with great detail including numerous personal videos to walk me through the vehicle condition, options, start up etc. Daniel made me comfortable by addressing my questions and concerns truthfully and transparently, and never pushed the sale until I was ready. The purchase and shipping went very smooth, the car is everything I expected it to be and nothing less. The price was very fair, but the car is outstanding! What an amazing road trip. It makes a huge difference when the whole experience is hassle-free/stress-free. Starting with excellent customer service/communication, easy pick-up/drop-off, and all the add-on included in the rental. 8 days driving the large van around Oregon was so much fun. The van has so much space for a family of 4. It was easy to drive, in excellent condition, and very clean, way easier to find a parking spot compared to a small RV. The chairs, folding table, stove, kitchen kit, made camping very convenient. It was raining on and off and the awning came in handy. I also like that the refrigerator is compact but can actually hold a lot of stuff. Great experience all together, highly recommended. Will do it again for sure.

My wife and I just wrapped up a trip to Olympic National Park with the help of Wandervans and had a blast! As first-time van campers, we were a little apprehensive about the experience coming into it, but the Wandervans team put our minds at ease by making sure we had all the supplies we needed and were comfortable using all features of the van before we hit the road. The van was clean, reliable, and very comfortable (we had a medium van and it was plenty of space for the two of us).
In just a few short days, we fell in love with van camping and can’t wait to get back out there. Highly recommend Wandervans!
